Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment? Do you enjoy leading teams, influencing senior stakeholders, and using data to drive hiring performance? If so, we'd love to hear from you.
We're partnering with a well-known national provider of roadside assistance, vehicle repair, insurance and driving services to appoint a Talent Acquisition Delivery Manager. This is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering recruitment across large-scale operational functions, including customer operations, field-based engineering teams and claims.
The Opportunity
Leading a small team of recruiters and coordinators, you'll take ownership of recruitment delivery, ensuring the business attracts and hires the right people, in the right locations, at the right time. You'll combine operational excellence, stakeholder management and data-driven decision making to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
This is a highly visible position where you'll work closely with senior operational leaders, supporting workforce planning and helping shape recruitment strategies for some of the organisation's most business-critical functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
- Own end-to-end recruitment delivery across multiple high-volume business areas.
- Monitor recruitment performance against agreed KPIs and implement improvement plans where required.
- Manage hiring pipelines, requisitions, forecasts, interviews, offers and onboarding activity.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to provide market insight, recruitment intelligence and strategic recommendations.
- Produce and interpret recruitment MI, identifying risks, trends and opportunities.
- Leverage recruitment technologies, ATS platforms and AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, candidate experience and hiring manager engagement.
About You
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Proven Talent Acquisition experience within high-volume operational environments.
- Previous leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing recruitment teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent analytical capability and confidence using recruitment data to drive decisions.
- Experience managing complex recruitment plans across multiple locations and business functions.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms, reporting tools, Excel and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to perform in a fast-moving environment.
What's on Offer?
- Opportunity to lead recruitment for a nationally recognised consumer services organisation.
- Significant exposure to senior leadership and business-critical hiring programmes.
- A collaborative and supportive people function.
- Genuine opportunity to shape recruitment strategy, process improvement and team capability.
If you're a commercially minded Talent Acquisition leader who enjoys balancing operational delivery with strategic influence, we'd love to speak with you.
