About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Procurement Administrator to join our collaborative Procurement team on a fixed-term basis. This role provides essential administrative and operational support across day-to-day procurement activities, with exposure to global stakeholders and a variety of suppliers. Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all purchase orders and procurement activities
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding approvals on a daily basis
- Support Business-as-Usual (BAU) procurement activities including purchasing, logistics coordination, and invoice processing
- Assist with annual renewals of software licensing and hardware maintenance contracts across the IT department
- Coordinate vendor relationships and support supplier communication and administration
- Organise and track deliveries, working closely with Desktop Support and Infrastructure teams
- Support procurement of IT equipment (e.g. laptops and hardware), ensuring timely ordering and delivery
- Assist with annual insurance processes for IT hardware in collaboration with Finance and Facilities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping modernise processes and systems

The Procurement team consists of 6 professionals delivering procurement services across the UK, Europe, and Dubai, with increasing support to wider global territories. The team manages sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier relationships across a wide range of categories, including IT software, hardware, consultancy, and third-party services. The department operates as part of a wider global procurement function based in the United States.
