I am working with a Global Engineering company in their search to hire a highly capable PMO & Delivery Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering high-impact strategic initiatives. This role focuses on programme coordination, governance and delivery visibility across multiple strategic projects. It involves ensuring strong project discipline, risk management and structured governance, while supporting executive leadership with clear reporting, stakeholder engagement and decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Programme oversight: Managing multiple projects, tracking dependencies, risks and ensuring consistent delivery practices.
  • Executive support: Coordinating ELT governance, preparing high-quality reports, facilitating reviews and tracking decisions/actions.
  • Reporting & visibility: Delivering accurate, timely insights on progress, risks, milestones and financials via reports and Power BI dashboards.
  • Standards & improvement: Establishing governance frameworks, driving consistency (“single version of truth”) and improving processes and tools.
  • Automation & data solutions: Using Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) and supporting data integration (including Python/SQL) to streamline processes.
  • Systems & support: Maintaining tools, documentation, training users and modernising legacy systems.

Success looks like clear and consistent reporting, strong leadership visibility, effective governance, well-managed dependencies and measurable improvements through automation and innovation.

About You

You are a confident, proactive communicator who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments. You combine strong project delivery discipline with data capability and technical problem-solving expertise and you are comfortable challenging and influencing senior stakeholders to drive better outcomes.

Experience

  • Experience in project delivery, process improvement, automation, or data-focused roles.
  • Background working within commercial, finance, operations, or similar business functions.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and consistently deliver measurable results.
