We’re currently supporting a client in sourcing an experienced Health & Safety Consultant for an immediate contract opportunity. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to operate confidently across a broad range of H&S responsibilities.
- Key Requirements
- NEBOSH Diploma (or equivalent vocational qualification in Occupational Health & Safety) – essential
- Membership of IOSH (CMIOSH or CertIOSH preferred)
- IIRSM membership also considered
- Strong working knowledge of UK HSE legislation, Codes of Practice, and guidance
- Experience Required
- Health & Safety Consultant / Advisor / Manager background
- Proven experience in:
- Audits & inspections
- Risk management
- Accident/incident investigations
- Ability to apply technical knowledge in practical, real-world scenarios
- Preferred Industry Backgrounds
- Experience within the following sectors would be beneficial:
- Facilities Management (FM)
- Retail (multi-site environments)
- Construction / Infrastructure
- Manufacturing / Engineering
- Logistics & Warehousing
- (Other sectors with strong H&S exposure will also be considered)
