Lorien is seeking a cost engineer for a 3‑month contract in North Tyneside, onsite five days a week. You will prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and commercial proposals for major highways and civil engineering projects, and develop fully priced Bills of Quantities and activity schedules.
You will support governance and approval processes, review drawings and data for take‑offs and cost models, and engage with suppliers to obtain pricing for labour, plant, materials and services.
