Due to continued growth within the Family Law team, we’re looking for solicitors to join a well‑established legal services provider across a variety of experience levels, from newly qualified through to Senior Solicitor.

What you’ll do
- Take ownership of a mixed caseload of family matters, using strong negotiation skills to achieve the best outcomes for your clients (administrative and secretarial support provided)
- Use the case management system to ensure accurate and consistent record‑keeping
- Meet individual and team chargeable time and profit‑cost targets
- Draft and audit legal documents and correspondence
- For Senior Solicitor appointments, there will also be line management responsibilities for Associate Solicitors
This role would suit people who have
- Qualification as a Solicitor or CILEX lawyer, with experience handling privately funded family law matters
- A track record of working towards and achieving chargeable time/billing targets
- Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems
- Excellent relationship‑building skills and a collaborative approach
