We're currently recruiting for 2 x Quantity Surveyors to join a major infrastructure/highways project in North Tyneside.
Location: North Tyneside
Working: 5 days onsite
Rate: £500/day
IR35: Inside IR35
Contract: 03 Months
Key responsibilities
- Supporting Surveying and Estimating teams with contractors, suppliers and consultants
- Preparing accurate cost plans and Bills of Quantities
- Identifying and managing project changes and change control
- Proactively managing workload to minimise risk and disputes
- Working closely with design and construction teams
- Maintaining strong communication and coordination across stakeholders
Looking for experienced Quantity Surveyors with relevant infrastructure/highways/civil engineering experience.
