Lorien is recruiting for Quantity Surveyors to join a major infrastructure/highways project in North Tyneside. Two positions onsite at £500/day. Contract 3 months. Inside IR35.
Key duties include cost planning and Bills of Quantities, change control, and coordinating with design and construction teams to minimise risk. Experience in highways/civil projects is preferred.
Onsite, five days per week, with close collaboration across stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
