Location: Hybrid working arrangements, Bradford City Centre, United Kingdom

  • Management and support of Cisco switching infrastructure (Catalyst/ACI)
  • Configuration and support of Palo Alto Firewalls (PAN-OS) - policies, NAT, VPN, threat prevention
  • Support of wireless networking solutions - Extreme Networks WiFi (configuration, optimisation, troubleshooting)
  • WAN/LAN technologies - SD-WAN, broadband, leased lines
  • Structured cabling and infrastructure - Cat5e/Cat6/Fibre, patching, rack layouts
  • Physical network deployment including Switches, APs, Firewalls and cabling
  • VoIP/Telephony networking basics (SIP, call routing)
  • Configuration management and automation (CLI, Scripting eg Python or PowerShell desirable)
  • Firmware upgrades, patching and life cycle management of network devices
  • Working to SLAs and ITIL framework
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in live production environments
  • Ability to work collaboratively across infrastructure and service teams
  • Excellent communication skills - ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working across multiple sites and environments
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
