Location: Hybrid working arrangements, Bradford City Centre, United Kingdom
- Management and support of Cisco switching infrastructure (Catalyst/ACI)
- Configuration and support of Palo Alto Firewalls (PAN-OS) - policies, NAT, VPN, threat prevention
- Support of wireless networking solutions - Extreme Networks WiFi (configuration, optimisation, troubleshooting)
- WAN/LAN technologies - SD-WAN, broadband, leased lines
- Structured cabling and infrastructure - Cat5e/Cat6/Fibre, patching, rack layouts
- Physical network deployment including Switches, APs, Firewalls and cabling
- VoIP/Telephony networking basics (SIP, call routing)
- Configuration management and automation (CLI, Scripting eg Python or PowerShell desirable)
- Firmware upgrades, patching and life cycle management of network devices
- Working to SLAs and ITIL framework
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in live production environments
- Ability to work collaboratively across infrastructure and service teams
- Excellent communication skills - ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working across multiple sites and environments
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel between sites
