We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join one of Loriens leading Public Sector clients, championing the adoption and implementation of these powerful tools across our organisation.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert guidance on Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365, including implementation, configuration, and customisation to meet unique business needs.
- Design, develop, and implement custom solutions using Dynamics CRM 365 including Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to automate business processes, streamline workflows, and enhance data insights.
- Perform data migrations, system integrations, and customisations to ensure a seamless flow of information and optimised functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both Dynamics CRM 365 environments and Power Platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse existing processes, and recommend the best-fit solutions.
- Stay informed of the latest Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform features, updates, and industry best practices to drive innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 and Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365 architecture, configuration, customisation and delivery.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
