We're seeking an experienced Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking & Structured Finance to join a high-performing team focused on building long-term client relationships, delivering tailored lending solutions and supporting sustainable business growth. The Opportunity

As a Senior Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking & Structured Finance, you'll originate, structure and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, including complex bilateral, club and syndicated lending transactions. Working closely with Risk, Legal, Product and senior stakeholders, you'll deliver lending solutions that support clients' strategic ambitions while maintaining strong risk discipline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop relationships with mid-market and large corporate clients
  • Structure, negotiate and execute complex lending facilities, typically in excess of £15m
  • Manage transactions from initial opportunity through to completion and ongoing portfolio management
  • Assess creditworthiness and present recommendations to senior decision-makers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors, introducers and professional networks
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to portfolio growth
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve balanced customer, risk and commercial outcomes
  • Act as a trusted ambassador for the organisation across the corporate banking market

About You
