Own the design vision and elevate the craft across a major national brand. I am supporting a leading consumer organisation in hiring a Senior Product Designer who can take a strategic and hands-on role across high visibility digital initiatives. You will shape product direction, lead discovery and delivery workstreams and mentor designers while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

What you will be doing
- Leading discovery, ideation, prototyping and validation for high impact projects.

- Working closely with Engineering and Product to deliver high fidelity outcomes.
- Coaching junior designers and raising design standards.
What you will bring
- Deep experience in UX and UI design with a strong portfolio of shipped work.
- Expertise in modern design tools and prototyping.
- Confidence engaging with stakeholders and presenting design decisions.
The essentials
- Start: ASAP
- Hybrid: Manchester - 2 days per week and 3 days per week WFH
- Package: £70,000 to £80,000 plus bonus and a full benefits package
