Own the design vision and elevate the craft across a major national brand. I am supporting a leading consumer organisation in hiring a Senior Product Designer who can take a strategic and hands-on role across high visibility digital initiatives. You will shape product direction, lead discovery and delivery workstreams and mentor designers while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

- Leading discovery, ideation, prototyping and validation for high impact projects.

- Coaching junior designers and raising design standards.

- Deep experience in UX and UI design with a strong portfolio of shipped work.

- Package: £70,000 to £80,000 plus bonus and a full benefits package
