Working within our Digital Innovation team, you'll design, build and support AI-powered solutions that improve efficiency, automate processes and deliver business value.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Building and deploying AI-powered business solutions.
- Developing Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio and automation solutions.
- Working with stakeholders to identify and deliver AI use cases.
- Supporting AI governance, security and compliance initiatives.
- Creating user guidance, training materials and adoption resources.
- Researching emerging AI technologies and innovation opportunities.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with AI, automation, analytics or technology solutions.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents and Prompt Engineering.
- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform or similar technologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical solutions.
- Nice to Have
- Power Automate knowledge.
- Python, SQL or API integration experience.
- Microsoft AI, Azure or Power Platform certifications.
