As the Insight Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting revenue growth, improving commercial performance and identifying opportunities across product, sales and customer teams. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, providing analysis that directly influences future strategy in a dynamic, high‑growth environment.

Responsibilities- Analyse commercial, sales and financial performance to uncover trends, opportunities and risks
- Develop pricing, margin and performance models to support strategic decision‑making
- Produce dashboards and reporting for senior leadership
- Provide insight on customer behaviour, product performance and market trends
- Support forecasting, budgeting and long‑term planning processes
- Work cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Finance and Operations teams
- Present clear, compelling recommendations to senior stakeholders
- Experience in an Insight Analyst, Business Analyst or similar analytical role
- Strong financial and commercial acumen
- Advanced Excel and experience with SQL and/or BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker)
- Ability to turn complex data into actionable insight
- Excellent communication skills, with the confidence to influence decision‑makers
- Experience in a technology, SaaS or high‑growth environment is a strong advantage
