About the Role
As a Business Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and implementing change strategies that align with organisational goals. You'll work closely with project and programme teams to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business change strategies and plans in line with programme delivery objectives.
- Introduce major business and process changes (both cultural and technical) within a complex organisation.
- Align change activities across multiple business areas to ensure consistency and integration.
- Work with Project and Programme Managers to design and embed process changes.
- Create and deliver training, support materials, and communication plans to facilitate change adoption.
- Perform stakeholder identification and analysis, ensuring effective engagement and consultation.
- Manage risks, issues, and change documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Establish mechanisms to measure and realise business change benefits.
- Provide best practice guidance and industry-standard examples to support change initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Experience: Minimum 5 years working in a Business Change environment. Proven ability to deliver major organisational change initiatives.
Skills: Strong influencing and relationship-building skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities. Ability to work with individuals at all levels within an organisation.
Behavioural: Flexible, results-driven, and able to adapt to changing priorities.
Technical: Familiarity with change management methodologies and tools (desirable).
