We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (SFIA Level 5) to join a complex NHS digital transformation programme. The successful candidate will work within an Agile delivery team, supporting end-to-end business analysis activities across a defined workstream.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and manage business requirements through the full lifecycle
- Translate business needs into user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with Product, Engineering and QA teams within Agile delivery
- Engage with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders
- Support backlog refinement, UAT and implementation activities
- Analyse current and future state processes to define effective solutions
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong core Business Analysis experience
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience writing user stories and functional requirements
- Ability to work independently within complex programmes
Preferred Experience
- NHS experience
- GDS experience
- Public sector or digital transformation background
