We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst (SFIA Level 5) to join a complex NHS digital transformation programme. The successful candidate will work within an Agile delivery team, supporting end-to-end business analysis activities across a defined workstream.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyse and manage business requirements through the full lifecycle
  • Translate business needs into user stories, process maps and acceptance criteria
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering and QA teams within Agile delivery
  • Engage with clinical, operational and technical stakeholders
  • Support backlog refinement, UAT and implementation activities
  • Analyse current and future state processes to define effective solutions

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong core Business Analysis experience
  • Agile/Scrum delivery experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience writing user stories and functional requirements
  • Ability to work independently within complex programmes

Preferred Experience

  • NHS experience
  • GDS experience
  • Public sector or digital transformation background
