A leading company in the betting & gambling industry is seeking an Agile Delivery Manager to join our Manchester team (2 days onsite per week). This role is embedded within squads and tribes, working closely with Product and Engineering to optimize delivery flow and drive predictable outcomes.

Key Requirements (must-have):

  • Candidates must be comfortable operating in this betting & gambling industry
  • Candidate should have experience working with real-time platforms
  • Proven, hands-on expertise with FLOW metrics (WIP, throughput, cycle time) and DORA metrics to improve delivery predictability and performance
  • Strong proficiency in Jira & Confluence for visibility, reporting, and managing dependencies
  • Experience aligning delivery outcomes with OKRs
  • Background in Agile and Product environments with product accountability

Core Skills:

  • FLOW metrics (WIP, throughput, cycle time) – hands-on experience required
  • DORA metrics – deployment frequency, lead time, change failure rate, MTTR
  • Jira – advanced usage for visibility, reporting, dependency management
  • Confluence – documentation, collaboration, and reporting
  • OKRs – aligning delivery outcomes with product strategy
  • Agile Delivery – embedded in squads/tribes, product accountability
  • Systems Thinking – understanding flow from idea to implementation, bottleneck analysis

Interview Process:

  • Stage 1: Hinterview (Video/Teams, 30–45 minutes)
