Enterprise Agile Coach – Insurance
📍Location: Hybrid, with travel to the London office
About the role:
Our client is a leading global Insurance business looking to hire an Agile Coach on a permanent basis.
As an Agile Coach, you will be a change agent responsible for coaching individuals and teams in business agility at an Enterprise Level.
You will support and assist Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and their teams to continually improve their agile ways of working. Strategic responsibilities include supporting senior leaders in moving towards enterprise-level agility. Assessing existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and help teams implement changes to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and value delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe squad team practices and coach on process improvements.
- Provide expert guidance to leaders and their teams on agile principles, supporting mid-senior leaders down to squads in moving towards enterprise-level agility
- Drive the implementation of an agility roadmap and metrics.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate the maturity of Agile practices.
- Design and provide training to address Agile skill gaps.
- Mentor internal Agile practitioners.

- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies
- Coaching and mentoring skills.
- Skilled in facilitating workshops and training sessions.
