Training Manager - Telephony/Insurance
Our client, a leading financial services business, are recruiting for an experienced Training Manager to lead the people and training workstream for a large-scale Telephony migration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the training workstream for a major Telephony migration programme.
- Partner with the vendor and internal teams and support the development of bespoke solutions where required.
- Conduct a detailed Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across multiple business areas.
- Design, develop, and implement a tailored training programme based on identified needs.
- Create engaging training materials, learning content, and adoption plans.
- Drive user readiness and adoption
- Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing and guiding them throughout the transformation journey.
- Work closely with communications and change teams to ensure consistent messaging and employee engagement.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Training Manager delivering large-scale technology or telephony transformation programmes.
- Experience supporting Telephony migrations is highly desirable.
- Experience conducting training needs analyses and developing enterprise-wide learning programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels, including senior leadership.
- Experience in communications, change management, or user adoption initiatives would be highly advantageous.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and engagement skills.
