Our UK leading pension client are currently looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team on an initial 6 month contract.
Role Requirements- Industry Experience: Strong background in Financial Services, ideally with experience in Asset Management (highly beneficial).
- Regulatory Expertise: Proven experience delivering work within a regulatory environment, including interpreting regulatory needs and ensuring compliance within technology or data solutions.
- Business–Tech Translation: Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for development teams. Skilled in working closely with product owners, SMEs, developers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are accurately implemented.
- Agile Delivery: Must have hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum sprint teams, contributing to ceremonies and supporting iterative delivery.
- Technical & Data Skills: Highly technical and data-focused. Strong working knowledge of SQL (e.g., data analysis, querying, validation, reconciliation). Comfortable working with data models, pipelines, and translating data needs into actionable deliverables. Snowflake experience.
