As part of continued growth, they are seeking a Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager to join their finance team.

As the Tax Compliance & Reporting Manager, you will play a key role in managing tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions while supporting the broader tax reporting and governance framework. You will work closely with finance, actuarial, and external advisors to ensure the business meets its tax obligations accurately and on time, while also contributing to process improvements and strategic initiatives.

  • Manage UK corporate tax compliance, including preparation and review of tax returns and computations
  • Oversee international tax compliance with support from external advisors
  • Lead the preparation and review of quarterly and annual tax reporting, including IFRS or UK GAAP provisions
  • Ensure accurate tax accounting, including deferred tax calculations and disclosures
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather financial and operational data
  • Contribute to tax risk management and ensure compliance with internal controls

Qualifications:

  • ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and reporting
  • Background in insurance, financial services, or a complex multinational environment preferred
  • Excellent understanding of UK tax legislation and reporting standards
  • Experience with international tax exposure
  • Experience improving tax processes or implementing systems
