Working pattern: Hybrid - 2 days in the office, 3 days from home

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm

About the role

Our client is a well established retail brand with a strong global following and a genuine reputation for quality and craftsmanship. As they continue to grow their social presence, they're looking for someone to take full ownership of organic social media and become the go-to person for everything social within the business. This is a brilliant opportunity for a social media specialist who lives and breathes TikTok and knows how to make every other platform work just as hard. You'll be given real ownership here, shaping the strategy, building the community, and proving what great organic social content can do for a premium brand.

What you'll be doing

  • Leading and managing the organic social team, setting clear goals and protecting the team's ways of working
  • Developing and delivering a social media strategy that ties directly into brand positioning and commercial goals
  • Owning key KPIs including brand awareness, reach, engagement rate, and audience growth
  • Working closely with the Data team and relevant AI tools to turn platform and audience insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Continuously testing and optimising content and posting strategy across all platforms
  • Making sure every piece of social content reflects a premium, carefully curated brand aesthetic
  • Keeping a close eye on platform trends, algorithm changes, and competitor activity
  • Managing the organic social media budget

What we're looking for

  • Strong, hands on experience in social media, ideally gained within a luxury, fashion, or a retail brand
  • A proven track record of growing brand awareness and engagement through organic social
  • Genuine, up to date knowledge of TikTok alongside a strong understanding of the wider social landscape
  • Confidence working with analytics, KPIs, and reporting to shape strategy
  • Strong visual storytelling instincts and the ability to translate brand identity into standout content
  • A proactive, detail oriented approach, with the organisational skills to manage multiple priorities at once
