Overview

Our client is seeking a Senior Social Content Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of social-first campaigns across global markets. The role focuses on ensuring content is delivered on time, meets brief requirements, and maintains high quality across all social channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage timelines and coordinate delivery across campaigns, NPD and social teams.
  • Ensure content aligns with briefs, quality standards and platform requirements.
  • Oversee asset delivery, publishing and handover to global teams.
  • Act as key point of contact for stakeholders and production partners.
  • Identify risks, resolve issues and drive continuous process improvements.

Key Skills

  • Experience in social content delivery, production or campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of social platforms including Instagram, TikTok and YouTube and content best practices.
  • Excellent organisation, stakeholder management and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with social publishing and asset management tools – hands on experience with Sprinklr (beneficial).
