Business Change Project Manager – Records Management & Remediation
We are currently recruiting for a Business Change Project Manager with Records management and remediation experience to join one of our Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.
Please note this role is Inside IR35 and adhoc travel to London
You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of the Records Management and Remediation Programme, encompassing onsite and offsite paper remediation, strategic vendor consolidation, records management system uplift and operational transformation.
Requirements
- Proven Project Management experience delivering complex transformation, records management, information governance or regulatory programmes.
- Experience managing global programmes involving multiple work streams, stakeholders, regions and third-party suppliers.
- Strong knowledge of project governance, budgeting, planning, dependency management and delivery controls.
- Experience leading RFP activities, supplier on boarding, vendor transitions and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Understanding of Records Management, Data Retention, Information Governance and Legal Hold requirements.
- Strong change management and operating model transformation experience.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing capabilities at senior leadership level.
- Ability to lead virtual teams and matrix-managed resources across multiple geographies.
- Experience working in Insurance or financial services environments
