Key Responsibilities- Software development and maintenance of Cortex Secondary Trader applications
- Participate in an agile based software development life cycle including analysis, documentation, development, testing, code reviews.
- Collaborate with the production support team for releases and troubleshooting of the components.
- Provide third-line support for the Cortex Secondary platform
- At least four years software development experience or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, inside and outside the team.
- Solid experience with server-side Java development.
- Solid experience with web-based applications and restful APIs.
- Familiarity with relational databases and SQL knowledge.
- An ability to design performant software and an understanding of application performance profiling.
- The platform is principally Linux with some Windows, MQ, SQL Server
- Navigating the technical environments of large organizations.
