Key Responsibilities
- Support, maintain, and enhance the critical RTGS production platform.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement across infrastructure and delivery pipelines.
- Manage environments and ensure safe and controlled releases into live production.
- Lead and coordinate incident management, ensuring minimal disruption to critical services.
- Coach and mentor engineers, embedding DevOps best practices.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers on end‑to‑end system design and domain roadmaps.
- Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery.
- Provide out‑of‑hours support in a 24/7 operational environment.
Experience
- Strong experience supporting production systems (including on‑call environments).
- Hands‑on expertise with Kubernetes/OpenShift (on‑premise).
- Linux systems administration in high‑availability environments.
- Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, integrated with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins).
- Proven track record of building and improving automation‑first DevOps environments.
- Experience with observability tools (Splunk, ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Strong experience with incident management and service recovery.
- Solid understanding of Agile delivery and DevOps principles.
