We’re working with a global insurance client with a well‑established in‑house creative studio, looking to hire a Senior Designer to support high‑end corporate editorial design. This is not a campaign or marketing role. It’s focused on long‑form, typography‑led corporate publications, where clarity, hierarchy and layout are central to the craft.

The role:

  • You’ll be part of a central creative team producing design work across multiple business areas, including:
  • Annual, financial and ESG reports
  • Corporate publications and brochures
  • B2B communications
  • Senior stakeholder presentations
  • Multi‑page, layout‑heavy documents where typography drives structure and meaning

You’ll be working closely with stakeholders and other designers to create clear, engaging and visually varied outputs across long documents, maintaining a consistently high standard of craft.

What they’re looking for:

  • Strong experience designing long‑form corporate publications (e.g. annual or financial reports)
  • Excellent typographic and layout skills, with clear understanding of hierarchy and editorial pacing
  • Ability to create engaging, varied layouts across spreads, avoiding repetitive or templated execution
  • Advanced proficiency in InDesign (plus Illustrator and Photoshop)
  • Confidence presenting work and explaining design decisions

Portfolio requirement:

Your portfolio should clearly demonstrate:

  • Multi‑page corporate publications
  • Strong typography‑led layout work
  • Evidence of variation across spreads and structured editorial thinking

Designers whose experience is primarily campaign‑led, presentation‑focused or digital‑first are unlikely to be suited to this role. If this aligns with your background, please apply with your CV and portfolio.
