We're looking for an experienced Senior Data Governance Analyst to help shape and drive a data governance capability within a global technology organisation. This is a high-impact role where you'll play a key part in establishing frameworks, embedding best practices, and building a strong data-driven culture across the business.
You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, including the Executive Data Sponsor, and collaborate across multiple business units to ensure data governance standards are clearly defined, understood, and implemented.

- Define and implement data governance policies, principles, and frameworks
- Collaborate with Data Owners and business stakeholders to embed governance standards into processes
- Drive data governance strategy, communication, and adoption across the organisation
- Deliver training programmes and promote awareness of data governance best practices
- Act as a subject matter expert, supporting governance processes across data domains
- Develop governance templates, artefacts, and standards for business use
- Support the creation and growth of a data governance capability, including managing team members as it scales
- Continuously refine governance frameworks, metrics, and processes
