In this role, you will take ownership of a search strategy weighted 80 percent towards SEO and 20 percent towards PPC. You will play a key part in enhancing the organisation’s digital footprint and ensuring that search performance becomes a major growth driver across multiple markets and product categories.

What you will be doing:
- Developing and executing a unified search strategy that aligns with commercial and growth objectives
- Leading technical SEO, keyword strategy, content optimisation and landing page improvements
- Managing PPC activity to support full funnel performance
- Using automation, testing frameworks and audience segmentation to enhance results
- Partnering with internal teams and external agencies to deliver high quality search campaigns
- Producing clear and actionable reporting to inform future investment and improvements
- Championing a test and learn culture that drives continuous optimisation
What you will bring:
- Strong experience leading SEO and PPC within a complex or fast paced environment
- Deep knowledge of technical SEO, bid strategies, audience targeting and conversion optimisation
- Hands on ability across key tools such as GA4, Google Ads, SEMrush, Ahrefs and Screaming Frog
- Excellent communication skills and confidence managing internal stakeholders and agencies
- A data led, proactive and collaborative approach to digital marketing
