About the Role:

My client in the Insurance Industry is embarking on an exciting global CRM transformation, consolidating platforms into a single, enterprise-wide Salesforce solution. As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of this global rollout. Acting as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, you will ensure requirements are clearly defined, documented, and translated into scalable Salesforce capabilities. You will work within a delivery squad, collaborating closely with stakeholders, product owners, and technical teams to enable seamless migration from legacy systems and drive adoption of Salesforce across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritise requirements.
  • Analyse existing processes and identify opportunities for optimisation and automation.
  • Produce high-quality artefacts including user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, and data models.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers to ensure solutions align with business objectives and governance standards.
  • Support workshops and contribute to functional specifications for integrations, data migration, and reporting.
  • Assist in defining test scenarios and acceptance criteria, and support UAT.
  • Work closely with change management teams to support training, communications, and user adoption activities.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst delivering change for complex global programmes.
  • Experience of Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in requirements gathering and process mapping.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills, able to translate complex concepts into clear deliverables.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in insurance or financial services environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud) and CRM processes.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
