We're supporting a global organisation undergoing a large-scale, multi-year transformation programme spanning technology, brand, operations, and organisational design. They are looking for a Regional Project Manager to take ownership of delivery across the UK, Ireland, Netherlands, and Belgium, ensuring multiple workstreams are planned, coordinated, and delivered effectively within a structured transformation environment. This role sits at the heart of regional delivery - acting as the key link between the global transformation office and regional leadership. You'll be responsible for driving execution across concurrent projects, ensuring governance is maintained, and that the business is fully prepared for each phase of change.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and maintain an integrated regional project plan across multiple workstreams, managing dependencies, timelines, and resources
- Drive delivery across concurrent initiatives, tracking progress and intervening where risks emerge
- Establish and run governance forums, ensuring consistent reporting, documentation, and change control
- Manage RAID (risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies), proactively identifying and resolving blockers
- Produce clear, senior-facing status reports and updates for regional leadership
- Coordinate business readiness and change activity to ensure successful go-lives across the region
- Act as the central point of contact for regional stakeholders and external partners
Experience Required
- Proven experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects within large or matrixed organisations
- Strong track record managing multiple concurrent workstreams (not single-discipline delivery)
- Experience working within structured programmes or transformation offices
- Previous exposure to multi-country or regional project delivery
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and stakeholders
