We are looking for a proactive and delivery-focused PMO / Project Manager to support a series of evolving transformation initiatives across Exposure Management, Reporting, and Global Data integration. This role will be key in driving delivery across multiple technology and data-led workstreams, including the implementation of an Exposure Management tool (TigerEye), enhancements to reporting across Tech & Data, and a major Global Data alignment programme. The Transformation Execution team is responsible for delivering strategic change across LM Re. The team works collaboratively across business, technology, product, and data functions to drive complex transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities- Support delivery of the Exposure Management Tool (TigerEye), ensuring timelines, dependencies, and risks are effectively managed.
- Coordinate reporting improvements across the Tech & Data function.
- Support delivery of the Global Data Integration project aligning US and Global datasets and addressing regional differences and requirements.
- Ensure structured delivery governance including RAID management, change control, and quality gate adherence.
- Work across multiple business and technical teams to drive progress and ensure dependencies are understood and tracked.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, Data Leads and Technology teams to maintain delivery momentum.
- Maintain RAID logs with consistent updates and escalation pathways.
- Identify delivery risks early—particularly with data complexity, differing regional requirements, and integration challenges.
- Prepare clear reporting and communication packs for senior stakeholders across multiple regions.
- Translate technical or data-heavy discussions into business-friendly summaries.
- Engage regularly with global teams to understand regional nuances and ensure alignment.
- Identify opportunities to enhance delivery practices, tooling, and reporting mechanisms.
- Support development of agile practices across the team.
- Help grow and shape the Portfolio Office capability as the portfolio expands.
