My client are seeking an experienced Programme Test Manager to lead the mobilisation and planning of testing across complex public-sector programmes.
This role is well suited to a hands-on testing leader with a proven background in large-scale, multi-supplier environments and the ability to operate confidently across multiple stakeholders.
Remote with ad hoc travel.
You will be responsible for leading the end-to-end testing strategy across a complex programme, ensuring robust planning, execution, governance and reporting throughout the delivery lifecycle.
- Manage the preparation, execution and reporting of manual and automated testing.
- Lead and coordinate business and technical teams to ensure timely analysis and resolution of defects.
- Produce clear, high-quality test reporting and analysis, both in written format and in governance forums.
- Ensure internal and external suppliers maximise test coverage ahead of integration testing.
Proven, hands-on experience managing testing on large public-sector programmes.
Leading testing in similar environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
