Are you an experienced Product Manager (Agile Delivery) with a passion for leading digital transformation? Do you thrive on turning product vision into reality and orchestrating high-performing teams? Our client, a leading organisation in the Insurance sector, is looking for a Product Manager (Agile Delivery) to drive the delivery of their digital product roadmap. This is a pivotal role, working closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver value and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute the product roadmap, utilising agile tools and techniques.
- Gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring alignment with business vision.
- Act as the leader for agile product delivery, managing backlogs and sprint tasks.
- Communicate the product roadmap to stakeholders and ensure clarity of objectives.
- Work with Product Owners to monitor performance and refine features.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and cross‑team improvement sessions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership and external partners.
- Mentor and coach team members to drive best practices and continuous improvement.
- Bridge the gap between technical and business teams to ensure successful delivery of digital products.
About You
- Demonstrable experience in Product Management/Delivery within a transformation and digital context.
- Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and product delivery processes.
- Proven track record in delivering complex change.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills.
- Experience managing direct reports and matrix teams, including offshore resources.
- Financial Services background is essential, ideally with exposure to Insurance.
Location & Working Pattern
Based in the South East of England, with an expectation of 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working from home. £80-£85K per annum, plus bonus and benefits.
