We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join a high‑profile, customer‑centric retail organisation on a contract basis. You’ll be embedded in delivery‑focused teams, shaping digital and omnichannel experiences while working closely with Product and Business stakeholders. The team are developing AI-driven conversational search capabilities for the clients site and app, allowing customers to find suitable products and recommendations using natural language.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning UX & visually strong UI across the product lifecycle
- Working flexibly across multiple teams and problem spaces
- Thriving in environments where priorities shift and change is constant
- Partnering day‑to‑day with Product Managers and Business Analysts to translate requirements into great design
- Designing accessible, pixel‑perfect experiences using Figma and a shared design system
