We are currently recruiting for a Pensions Specialist / Pensions SME Change Analyst with DB and DC Pension experience to join one of our Global Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract. Please note, the role is Inside IR35 and hybrid working to Redhill office.
You will join the Business Change team leading the Operational Readiness activities for a number of change projects and will have full responsibility to manage and co‐ordinate the business change activities for each project (testing, training, communications and post‐implementation adoption).
Responsibilities:- Plan, control and monitor the operational readiness activities for online Pension product to clients and internal teams, in alignment with the wider programme plan.
- Build close partnership with clients, actively managing expectations through structured updates in accordance with the programme governance model.
- Work with the Administration Manager and Team Leads to define robust test, training and communication plans to embed the new product within day‐to‐day operations.
- Oversee and contribute to any change control process(es) and ensure accuracy of the process and delivery to time and cost.
- Implement business change frameworks and best practices to successfully deliver change with limited aspect to our teams and members.
Strong experience dealing with DC and/or DB occupational schemes. Strong time management skills and the ability to organise and prioritise your tasks and those of your team. Computer literate, including familiarity with excel.
