Job Title: PAM Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
/n
Lead end-to-end delivery of Privileged Access Management projects within the Life and Pensions client security transformation programme.
/n Collaborate with internal stakeholders, security architects, and technology teams to define PAM requirements and implementation plans.
/n Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful and timely delivery.
/n Oversee integration of PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar technologies.
/n Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating, as necessary.
/n Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards including GDPR, SOX, and internal security policies.
/n Provide regular reporting to executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.
/n
Required Skills & Experience:
/n
Proven experience managing complex PAM or IAM projects in the banking or financial services sector.
/n Strong understanding of PAM technologies (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).
/n Solid project management background with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.
/n Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of risk, compliance, and security governance.
/n Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
/n Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
