Our client, a leading financial services company, are recruiting for an Organisational Design OD Consultant/Specialist to join them on a contract basis.
Experience:
- Diagnose organisational needs through data, stakeholder engagement, and assessment tools.
- Design and deliver OD interventions, including organisational design, culture programmes, team effectiveness, and change management support.
- Partner with leaders to shape strategies that improve capability, engagement, and performance across teams and functions.
- Support the implementation of change initiatives, ensuring alignment to business priorities and strong adoption.
