The client is seeking a highly capable transformation leader to drive a critical, enterprise-wide programme focused on operational improvement and AI-enabled change. This role sits at the intersection of product, operations, and data, with responsibility for translating strategy into tangible business outcomes.
The successful candidate will act as a programme owner and delivery lead, bringing structure to complex, fast-moving initiatives while ensuring end-to-end execution across multiple business units. They will lead product-led change programmes that redesign core operational processes, leveraging AI and digital tools to enhance efficiency, decision-making, and overall performance.
- Drive cross-functional projects that deliver measurable, product-centred improvements across operational units.
- Operational Process Improvement: Work across planning and execution functions to diagnose issues, redesign processes, and deliver tangible operational outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Storytelling: Communicate complex initiatives clearly and persuasively, influencing senior leaders through structured narratives and data-driven stories.

- Operational Transformation Experience: Strong background in process optimisation, operational improvement, or large transformation programmes.
- Hands-On Delivery Leader: Comfortable driving projects end-to-end with minimal oversight; experience as a Project Leader or Engagement Manager is highly valued.
