We're looking for a senior Graphic Designer/Art Director with motion experience to help shape and deliver client's campaign work across print, digital, social and out-of-home. A person with strong visual taste, incredible references and sharp layout skills. One who can think visually, design beautifully and understand how motion brings campaign work to life.
What you'll do:
- Develop campaign design systems across OOH, print, digital, social and retail
- Art direct shoots, motion tests, key visuals, edits and campaign assets
- Design premium campaign work from concept through to rollout
- Create visual systems that can flex across formats, markets and channels
- Work with motion designers, editors, artworkers, copywriters and producers
- Bring strong typographic, image-making and layout judgement to every asset
- Help define how campaigns move, behave and scale across digital platforms
- Create decks, moodboards, styleframes and campaign guidelines
- Support shoots, post-production and asset development where needed
- Keep the work modern, precise and unmistakably Client
What we're looking for:
- Senior-level design or art direction experience, ideally agency-side or in a strong creative studio
- Proven experience on integrated campaigns across print, digital and OOH
- Strong motion sensibility, including styleframes, storyboards, transitions, pacing and social-first formats
- Excellent DTP skills, especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Figma
- Strong understanding of campaign rollout, production realities and asset delivery
- Excellent typography, composition and visual craft
- Ability to turn a campaign idea into a clear, scalable design system
- Confident presenting work and explaining creative decisions
- Comfortable working fast across multiple briefs, formats and stakeholders
