We're hiring a Microsoft 365 Migration Engineer to support a major tenant consolidation programme, migrating multiple source tenants into a single greenfield environment. This is a hands‑on, end‑to‑end migration role, covering identity, messaging, collaboration, and endpoint management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, assessment, and migration planning across M365 workloads
- Deliver migrations across:
- Microsoft Teams
- SharePoint Online & OneDrive
- Active Directory & Entra ID
- Intune / Endpoint Management
- Execute migrations using Quest On Demand Migration (core requirement)
- Manage mailbox migrations, Teams transitions, and SharePoint data moves
- Define and execute cutover strategies, testing, and hypercare support
- Handle DNS changes (MX, Autodiscover, SPF, DKIM) and mail flow validation
- Produce documentation, runbooks, and migration reports
Recent, hands‑on experience with Quest On Demand Migration (non‑negotiable). Proven track record delivering M365 tenant‑to‑tenant migrations at scale. Experience across:
- Exchange (Online & Hybrid)
- Active Directory & Entra ID
- SharePoint Online & OneDrive migrations
- Microsoft Intune (endpoint & mobile management)
- PowerShell skills across M365 modules
- Understanding of identity sync (Entra Connect / Hybrid environments)
