We are seeking an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to join a high-performing technology team responsible for delivering and maintaining critical enterprise applications. Key Responsibilities- Lead automation testing activities across functional, system, integration, end-to-end, and security testing.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using industry-leading tools.
- Manage and mentor a small team of Test Automation Engineers.
- Provide technical leadership and champion automation best practices.
- Analyse test results, identify defects, bottlenecks, and areas for optimisation.
- Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and product teams to improve test coverage and software quality.
- Develop and execute performance testing strategies using tools such as JMeter and LoadRunner.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including framework enhancement and process optimisation.
- Support recruitment activities and help build a high-performing testing capability.

- Extensive Automation Engineer experience.
- Live SC Clearance.
- Strong experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
- Experience with API, system, security, and UI testing.
- Proficiency with automation and testing tools such as Karate, Eggplant Functional, Postman, SoapUI.
- Experience working with middleware and messaging technologies including Kafka, IBM MQ, ACE.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to mentor colleagues and work collaboratively across technical teams.
