We are currently recruiting for a HR Project Manager with enterprise SaaS, AI and ideally Oracle HCM project experience to join one of our Global Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.
Please note this role is Inside IR35 and mainly remote working.
- Experience delivering HR technology, enterprise SaaS, digital transformation or automation projects in complex, matrixed organisations.
- Experience managing projects involving Oracle HCM, Oracle Recruiting, recruitment technology, HR service delivery platforms or similar enterprise HR systems.
- Familiarity with change management, communications, training, business readiness and adoption approaches for technology-enabled transformation.
- Experience managing projects using Waterfall, Agile and hybrid delivery methodologies, with confidence adapting delivery approach to project maturity and organisational context.
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, Planner, Jira, Kanban boards, Teams, SharePoint or equivalent platforms.
- Strong vendor management experience, including working with SaaS providers, implementation partners, managed service teams and internal technology stakeholders.
- Good understanding of data privacy, information security, technology risk, responsible AI considerations and governance processes relevant to HR technology delivery.
- Experience delivering AI-enabled HR technology, workflow automation, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Platform, ServiceNow, Workday, analytics, chatbot or agent-based solutions.
