An exciting opportunity has arisen for a seasoned HR leader to join a global organisation at a pivotal point in its transformation journey. Following the successful delivery of a large-scale transformation programme, the organisation is now focused on embedding change, strengthening engagement, and evolving its culture and talent agenda. This role will play a critical part in shaping that next phase.

The Role

  • Acting as a trusted partner to senior leadership (HET-1 level), you will support the Legal, Compliance & Corporate Secretariat function in driving organisational effectiveness, leadership capability, and high performance within a complex, global Matrix environment.
  • You will operate at both a strategic and operational level, influencing senior stakeholders while ensuring the delivery of key people priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner senior leaders to shape and deliver the people, culture and organisational strategy.
  • Drive organisational effectiveness, including structure, capability, and ways of working.
  • Lead and embed culture and engagement initiatives to support sustained transformation.
  • Coach and develop leaders to enhance leadership capability and team performance.
  • Define and deliver a forward-looking talent strategy, including succession planning and capability building.
  • Use data and insight to inform people decisions and organisational improvements.
  • Oversee employee relations and ensure alignment with regulatory environments.
  • Collaborate with wider HR functions, including Centres of Excellence, to deliver integrated solutions.

About You

  • A highly experienced HR Business Partner/HR Leader with a strong track record in global, Matrix organisations.
  • Proven ability to partner at executive level and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Significant experience in large-scale transformation and post-transformation embedding.
  • Deep expertise across organisational development, talent, culture and engagement.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link people strategy to business outcomes.
  • Confident navigating complexity and ambiguity with impact and credibility.
  • Skilled in coaching and developing senior leaders.
