My client is seeking a senior, programme-level Head of Product - Engineering Systems to join the Value Assurance team, leading high-impact transformation across critical engineering systems.
This role is not traditional product management. It requires a strategy consultancy mindset, with accountability for value creation, outcomes delivery, and complex transformation, rather than backlog ownership alone.
You will own the product strategy and transformation of a portfolio of systems within Planning, Execution, or Supply Chain, many of which are legacy platforms undergoing major modernisation. You'll work at the heart of the clients Engineering, influencing senior stakeholders and shaping decisions with material operational and financial impact.
- Define and lead the product and transformation strategy for engineering systems within your domain.
- Translate engineering, operational and commercial challenges into clear, outcome-driven priorities.
- Operate as a senior product and transformation lead across complex, multi-workstream initiatives.
Technology Transformation
- Lead large-scale system transformation and replacement programmes.
- Build robust recommendations for senior decision-makers.
- Work closely with IT, enterprise architecture and engineering leadership to ensure alignment with long-term technology strategy.
This role is designed for candidates with strategy consultancy or equivalent transformation leadership backgrounds, operating at programme or portfolio level.
