Lorien is seeking a Head of Agile Delivery/Coach to enhance team performance and delivery effectiveness within AI product teams. You will set standards, coach teams, and build a delivery function to facilitate faster movement without unnecessary processes.

The ideal candidate should have strong Agile Delivery experience, practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, and a background in public sector settings. Initially, you will spend 4–5 days onsite, transitioning to 2–3 days in Aldgate per week.
