We are supporting a global organisation undertaking a critical redesign of its compliance learning landscape across regulated environments. This engagement is part of a wider learning transformation programme, including the introduction of a new learning platform, and the simplification of complex, fragmented systems, processes and data.

This role operates within a Quality, Supply Chain (QSC), R&D and GxP-regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop current state process maps, then apply established lean and value stream mapping approaches to create future state process and data flows which support the future state vision of optimised compliance learning processes.
  • Map and analyse data flows, processes, systems and dependencies, identifying gaps, inconsistencies and opportunities for simplification and automation.
  • Support the design and facilitation of workshops, including preparing materials, coordinating participants, and capturing outputs, decisions and next steps.
  • Work with global and local stakeholders to gather requirements, insights and feedback, ensuring perspectives across Manufacturing, R&D and other functions are captured.
  • Translate workshop outputs and discussions into clear, structured process documentation, artefacts and insights using metrics to demonstrate the value and improvement.
  • Track and manage actions, risks, issues and dependencies, maintaining clear governance and progress updates across stakeholders.
  • Support the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines and reporting to ensure visibility of progress and alignment across stakeholders.

About you

Essential

  • Experience of working within a GxP compliance manufacturing and ideally R&D environment.
  • Expert in value stream mapping and/or lean approaches to transformation.
  • Highly metrics driven to demonstrate value in everything you do.
  • Strong business analysis and process mapping skills with the ability to proactively challenge stakeholders to drive change.
  • Proven ability to support project delivery in complex, cross-functional programmes, including tracking actions, risks and dependencies.
  • Experience facilitating or supporting workshops, capturing outputs and translating them into clear, structured deliverables.
  • Ability to analyse data flows, systems and dependencies to identify gaps and opportunities for simplification.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across global, matrixed organisations and build relationships quickly.
  • Able to translate discussion and ambiguity into clear documentation, insights and actionable outputs.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to tight timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred

  • Experience in compliance learning, learning management systems (LMS/LXP) or regulated training environments.
  • Familiarity with process mapping tools and methodologies (e.g. Visio, Lean Six Sigma).
  • Experience supporting transformation or simplification programmes.
  • Pharmaceutical or consumer healthcare experience.
