Executive Team Assistant (EA/TA)
Location: Hybrid/Office Based 3 Days per week in Southwark, London
Contract: 3-6 months
Umbrella/PAYE

Are you a highly organized and proactive Executive Team Assistant looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking an experienced professional to provide vital administrative support to senior leaders, helping to ensure the smooth running of a fast-paced and dynamic business area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage complex travel arrangements and expenses for senior stakeholders.
  • Organise and oversee logistics for meetings, visitors, conferences, events, and catering requirements in line with company policies.
  • Process invoices, raise purchase orders, and manage expense administration.
  • Support the onboarding of new team members, ensuring a smooth and positive start.
  • Act as a buddy for new starters, assisting with systems, processes, and team integration.
  • Take meeting minutes and track actions where required.
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants and other Team Assistants to ensure effective diary coordination and alignment of activities.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to multiple senior leaders within the business.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in a Team Assistant, Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Support role.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and solving problems proactively.
  • High levels of discretion and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information and senior stakeholders.
  • Organizational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy.
