We're currently hiring two Creative Designers to join a growing in-house team within a well-established lifestyle/ecommerce brand. Reporting into the Design Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, on-brand creative across multiple channels, supporting both day-to-day campaigns and longer-term brand development.

Following a recent full rebrand, this is a brilliant opportunity to join at an exciting time and help shape how the brand comes to life across all touchpoints.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Designing creative across digital channels including website, email, paid media and social
  • Supporting campaign rollouts with engaging, conversion-led visuals
  • Working across a mix of online and offline assets (including packaging and print where needed)
  • Collaborating with teams across marketing, ecommerce, CRM and brand
  • Contributing to art direction, including mood boards and shoot support
  • Ensuring consistency with brand guidelines while evolving the visual identity
  • Delivering high-quality work at pace in a fast-moving environment

What We're Looking For

  • A well-rounded designer with experience across multiple channels (not just one focus area)
  • Strong digital design skills across web, email and social
  • Confident using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
  • A strong eye for visual storytelling and brand consistency
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Someone proactive, collaborative, and happy to get stuck in within a small team

Nice to Have

  • Experience with packaging, print or offline design
  • Exposure to motion/video tools (e.g. After Effects / Premiere Pro)
  • Understanding of HTML/CSS or responsive design
